Terms and Conditions
By ordering, purchasing and accepting delivery of products supplied by Katty Xiomara (“Products”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Terms or conditions contained in any order form or other document submitted by you which are inconsistent with, or in addition to, these Terms and Conditions are rejected, objected to and shall be deemed void and of no force or effect.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
Collect in Store
You can shop online at kattyxiomara.com and have your order delivered to our Rua da Boavista store. Delivery is free and we will contact you via email, phone or text once your order is ready to collect.
We aim to deliver orders placed by 5pm on Monday-Friday the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and on Saturday/Sunday will be available for collection in-store Tuesday of the following week.
When you visit you will need to provide a copy of your online order confirmation along with the card used to make payment and sign for the collection.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
Any specified delivery dates are estimates only and do not represent a promise by Katty Xiomara to deliver Products at a date certain.
Please bear in mind that everything ordered is shipped from Portugal. If your purchase is from outside the European Union can and probably will be charged for tax, duty and brokerage fee’s when receiving the package. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

When you place an order with us on kattyxiomara.com, you are welcome to return any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.
Items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form and tags should be included with your return. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Swimming wear or underwear is non-returnable.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.

To arrange a return:
Enclose the returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original box.
Attach the returns label provided to the outside of the box.
You may return your items to us using your own shipper. If you do, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider
Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.
The Buyer shall examine the goods on delivery and shall notify Katty Xiomara in writing of any lack of conformity of the goods within 10 days from the date of delivery. In any case the Buyer shall have no remedy for lack of conformity if he fails to return thereof within 25 days from the date of delivery of the goods to our premises.
Where goods are non-conforming (and provided the Buyer was given notice of the lack of conformity, Kattyxiomara.com shall at his option:
(a) replace the goods with conforming goods,
(b) repair the goods,
The maximum compensation for non-conformity is the value of the invoice of the damaged products delivered.
